After 15 years in business and despite using the most up to date technology previously available, ICL still faced considerable challenges associated with running and managing a large fleet of vehicles. Response time was critical and customer service was everything. Improvements here would transfer into real savings for the company.

ICL implemented FleetMatics vehicle management system in 2005 for its fleet of 120 vehicles. Access to real time information meant ICL could direct its fleet of engineers quickly and efficiently at a moments notice. Out of hours work could be confirmed and historical reporting confirmed time on site and helped improve productivity.
