Increased Productivity Established in 1971, Breffni Plant Hire provides plant & equipment hire, civil enginnering & construction, demolition, bulk excavation & disposal, rail development, transport, and recycling services. Their expansive fleet of plant and equipment is comprised of artic and tipper trucks, track and mobile excavators, dozers and dump trucks, crushing and screening machinery and a number of smaller plant items. Recent projects include Turvey Golf Club, Rugby Playing Pitches, Dublin’s Heuston & Connolly Rail Stations, and Dublin Corporation.

Breffni Plant Hire was looking to improve productivity and operational efficiencies. They needed a system that would provide accurate information to verify manual timesheets. They were also interested in reducing overtime costs.

Since fitting FleetMatics to their fleet, Breffni Plant Hire has increased productivity significantly which has provided great savings. They are now able to pick-up more jobs per week. Overtime costs have decreased through improved driver awareness. Payroll is now accurate as manual timesheets can be verified.
