The Challenge:
Heighten security and increase productivity. Reduce fuel costs through eliminating unnecessary mileage. Automating payroll was also important in reducing overtime costs.
The Benefits:
Fuel costs have been reduced tremendously as operational efficiencies have greatly improved. Significant savings in payable hours as timesheets are now accurate. Productivity has greatly improved. Materials are being moved on and off sites quickly with minimal delays.
Savings:
"Since fitting FleetMatics to our fleet we have seen tremendous savings. We are on course to save over €43,000 in fuel costs and over €21,000 in payable hours in our first year."
